The Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA) has terminated the services of two Action Agents, Emmanuel Soluteh and Joseph Dahn, following investigations that established gross misconduct and serious violations of the Agency's Code of Conduct.
Emmanuel Soluteh was assigned to the Agency's Headquarters in Fiamah Sinkor, while Joseph Dahn was assigned to the LDEA Nimba County Detachment, precisely in Ganta
Following recommendations by the LDEA Board of Internal Inquiry, both individuals have been dismissed and removed from all LDEA employment, volunteer, and vetting processes.
The LDEA maintains a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct and will not tolerate any action that undermines the rule of law, human rights, or the integrity of the Agency.
Therefore, any volunteer or officer acting outside of the law will not be excused or shielded
The public is hereby informed that Emmanuel Soluteh and Joseph Dahn no longer represent the Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency and are not authorized to conduct any business on its behalf.
