The Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA) is the Republic of Liberia's principal national authority for the enforcement of laws on narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursor chemicals. The Agency operates under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of 2023, which consolidated and modernized Liberia's counter-narcotics legal framework.
Headquartered on 21st Street in Sinkor, Monrovia, LDEA maintains operational capacity across all fifteen counties of Liberia. The Agency is organized into specialized divisions covering Intelligence, Investigation, Operations, Training, Administration, and Communications.

The Act aligns Liberia with international conventions on narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and creates clear evidentiary and chain-of-custody standards.
