Legal Standards

Every LDEA case is developed to meet the evidentiary requirements of the Liberian judicial system. Investigators document the chain of custody from seizure through laboratory analysis to courtroom presentation.

Defendant Rights

LDEA upholds the constitutional rights of every individual: due process, legal representation, and the presumption of innocence. The Agency does not publicly disclose suspect identities while investigations are active.
